Managix Web Application

Managix is a comprehensive web application that empowers users to create captivating promotional advertisements for a spectrum of products, be they physical, digital, or service-based. Designed with a user-friendly interface, Managix is akin to platforms like Shopify in its functionality. However, it pioneers forward by offering unique features, such as the ability to create personalized landing pages. Users can seamlessly integrate these landing pages into their advertisements, enhancing the user experience and optimizing conversion rates. Whether you’re an established business or a budding entrepreneur, Managix equips you with the tools to effectively market your products and services, fostering your online presence and driving your success.

Managix has been operating since 2017 and has high potential. However, in 2021 Managix was acquired by Evermos.

The Goal

With Managix, my aim as a UI/UX designer is to construct an inclusive web application that caters to users of varied proficiency levels, from novices to experts. My focus is to streamline the user interaction flow, ensuring an intuitive and effortless experience for all users. By leveraging cutting-edge design principles and prioritizing user-centric design, my goal is to make Managix not only accessible but also engaging, thereby enhancing user satisfaction and promoting widespread adoption of the platform.

User and Audience

Managix is designed to cater to a broad spectrum of users, primarily those who are involved in selling products or services, be they physical, digital, or service-based. This expansive user base is further divided into two distinct categories:

  1. Beginner Users: This category encapsulates individuals who have little to no prior experience with online advertising. The platform is designed with a user-friendly interface and intuitive features to facilitate ease of use and help such users navigate the world of online advertising with confidence and proficiency.

  2. Proficient Users: This category comprises individuals who already boast considerable experience in online product marketing. The advanced features and tools provided by Managix are tailored to meet the needs of these users, enabling them to optimize their advertising strategies and maximize their conversion rates.

By catering to both these user categories, Managix is positioned as a versatile and comprehensive solution for online advertising needs, thereby appealing to a wide audience and promoting widespread adoption.

The Role

As part of the production design team at Managix, I held the crucial role of designing the “RuleClicks” feature. This innovative tool allows users to set desired behaviors for their created advertisements, thus offering them the ability to tailor their ad campaigns to maximize performance. My responsibilities involved understanding the needs of our user base, conceptualizing the feature, prototyping, and finally, creating the final design of “RuleClicks”. Through rigorous user testing and feedback incorporation, I ensured the creation of a feature that is both intuitive and effective, ultimately contributing to the user satisfaction and success of Managix.
